About Ros Gervay
Ros’s art practice began as a personal homecoming during early motherhood, and that feeling still guides her work today. Her original artworks are created to help people feel more connected to beauty, hope and the spaces they live in.
Ros Gervay is a Sydney-based contemporary botanical artist creating expressive original paintings, fine art prints and art-led products for beautiful, meaningful homes.
Her semi-abstract floral and botanical artworks are known for their vibrant colour, raw brushwork, tactile texture and emotional warmth. Rather than painting literal flowers, Ros creates loose, intuitive botanical-inspired pieces that bring joy, movement and human presence into a room.
With a background in graphic design, spatial design and interior design studios, Ros brings a natural understanding of colour, scale and composition to her work. Her paintings are intuitively created, but design-aware — made to feel expressive and alive while also living beautifully in real homes.
Represented by galleries across Australia and exhibited at major Australian art fairs, Ros creates one-of-a-kind original paintings for collectors who want art that feels joyful, textured, meaningful and worth living with for years.
