I loved an artwork but it’s now sold – is there any way to get something similar?
Each original painting is a one-off piece, so once it’s sold, it’s gone to its forever home.
That said, you’ve got a couple of beautiful options:

Do you take custom orders or commissions?
Yes, I love working on commissions.
If you have a particular wall, colour palette or mood in mind, we can design an artwork to perfectly suit your space.
Just email support@rosgervayart.com with a photo of your room (if you have one), rough size, and any colours you adore, and we’ll take it from there.
PRINTS & QUALITY
What is a fine art / giclée print and why does it cost more than a standard print?
A giclée print is a specialist fine art reproduction of an original artwork.
All of my prints are:

This means you’re getting a vibrant, long-lasting artwork that will stand the test of time – not a flimsy poster that curls at the edges after a year.

Do you offer framing?
Yes, I offer custom framing on request for both originals and prints.

Do you really offer free shipping within Australia?
Yes – all orders over $100 AUD ship free within Australia.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, express shipping is available for most items within Australia for an additional fee.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. All Australian orders are sent with tracking so you can keep an eye on your art as it travels to you.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, I ship to most countries worldwide. If you’re outside Australia and unsure, just send us a quick email and we’ll check for you.
How much is international shipping?
International shipping varies depending on your location, the size of your piece, and whether it’s a print or an original.

Will I receive tracking for international orders?
Yes, all international orders are shipped with tracking so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
PACKAGING & SAFETY
How are items shipped to keep them safe?
Your art is packed with a lot of love and care.
Prints are rolled and packaged in a sturdy mailing tube so they arrive crisp and crease-free.
Original artworks are professionally wrapped with multiple layers of protective material and boxed securely.
If anything ever arrives damaged (rare, but it can happen), please contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can help.
