Get ready for a creative adventure! Art with Ros After-School Art Classes are held at Lane Cove West Public School and open to all children in K–6, from any school.

This skill-based program is designed to build confidence, explore art and design principles, and teach new techniques through painting, drawing, and sculpture. Each term offers fresh projects and opportunities for personal expression—perfect for kids who love getting creative!

Week Day: Tuesday (Ros & Liv) or Wednesday (Grant & Liv)

Term Length: 9 Weeks

Time: 3:30 PM – 5:15 PM

Cost: $405 total (includes all supplies and GST)

Term 1 Theme: Creative Explorers - Play, Colour & Mixed Media

This term is all about sparking joy and building confidence through hands-on artmaking. Students will explore colour, texture and mixed-media techniques as they experiment with paint, collage, drawing and creative prompts. Each week they’ll try something new, learn practical skills, and discover their own artistic style in a supportive, relaxed environment.

Perfect for kids aged 5–12, Term 1 sets the foundation for a creative, inspiring year — with plenty of room for both playful exploration and more advanced techniques for older students.

What happens if my child misses a class?

Missed sessions are non-refundable, but projects continue weekly—your child will be able to catch up easily.

What should my child wear?

Most children come straight from school in uniform. Aprons are provided, but mess can happen—please dress them in their least precious uniform option.
